This Website is provided solely to assist retired and active airline staff in gathering load information for non-revenue seats on commercial airlines, sharing load information for non-revenue seats on commercial airlines, hotel bookings, car rental, special staff discounts, sharing of information relating to travel, accommodation and for no other purposes. The terms "we","us","our"and"Stafftraveler"refer to StaffTraveler Solutions BV, and our corporate affiliates and websites (collectively, "StaffTraveler"). The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Website and/or contributing content on this Website.
This Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Agreement and represent that you have read and understood its terms. Please read the Agreement carefully, as it contains information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights, as well as a section regarding applicable law and jurisdiction of disputes. StaffTraveler only allows customers onto the website who have agreed to the terms and conditions. As such, customers will be presented a dialog at initial login with the option to agree to these terms and conditions. In the event of a change to the terms and conditions, this dialog will be presented again. StaffTraveler logs through a user management system if a user has agreed to these terms and conditions.

StaffTraveler respects the privacy of every Visitor and ensures that the personal data of the Visitor are treated confidentially and with care.
The details of the Visitor will be saved and used by StaffTraveler to ensure that the supply of Products and associated services runs as quickly and smoothly as possible and thus to perform any agreement. The Website subsequently recognises the Visitor for this purpose by means of a cookie. By accepting these general terms and conditions, the Visitor hereby gives consent for the use of cookies insofar as necessary.

StaffTraveler does not edit or control the User Messages posted to or distributed on this Website including through any chat rooms, bulletin boards or other communications forums, and will not be in any way responsible or liable for such User Messages. StaffTraveler nevertheless reserves the right for any reason in its sole discretion to remove without notice any User Messages and/or Site Content.
Exchange of load information of commercial non-revenue seats is only allowed through the request system, therefor any user using another means through the Website is subject to removal from the Website.
This Website may contain discussion forums, bulletin boards, review services or other forums in which you or third parties may post load information or other content, messages, materials or other items on this Website ("Interactive Areas"). If StaffTraveler provides such Interactive Areas, you are solely responsible for your use of such Interactive Areas and use them at your own risk. Credits can be used to request non-rev flight loads and any other interactive service StaffTraveler might implement in the future.
a) Every request or update for an earlier request costs the user one credit per flight segment;
b) Flight segments that are not answered by the time the flight has departed will be refunded to the user;
c) All users are issued with 5 free credits when joining StaffTraveler;
d) Credits can be obtained free by answering load requests or inviting friends to join StaffTraveler, either through Facebook or by e-mail invitation;
e) In the event a user runs out of credits, they can purchase extra credits through StaffTraveler.
f) Purchased credits are non-refundable;
g) Credits do not have an expiry date;
f) Credits cannot be exchanged for cash;
h) StaffTraveler reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without notice. Such amended terms will appear on the Website;
i) In the event StaffTraveler ceases to provide services all credits will be deemed null and void and cannot be refunded.
You agree to defend and indemnify StaffTraveler and its affiliates and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:
a) Your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;
b) Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
c) Your use of this Website.

Our performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement limits our right to comply with law enforcement or other governmental or legal requests or requirements relating to your use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use.
