listing

Listing is required for all flights and must be done online at myIDTravel.

Reservations are no longer accepted via the 800 number and cannot be made at the airport.

After listing on a JetBlue flight, you can view the standby list, including where you are priority wise, using the JetBlue mobile app

check-in

Make sure to check in 24 hours before the flight online.

ZED Airlines that subscribe to myIDTravel and receive an electronic ticket are eligible to check-in online at www.jetblue.com or at an airport kiosk up to 24 hours prior to departure.

ZED Airlines that are traveling with paper tickets must check-in at an airport ticket counter and may do so up to 4 hours prior to departure.

JetBlue boards all ZED travelers within the same boarding priority and then based upon time of check-in.

Through check-in

ZED Travelers checking in online should check-in for their outbound segment only. It is not necessary to check-in for your connecting flight. The system will automatically place you on the standby priority list with a higher boarding priority that other ZED travelers when traveling on through and connecting flights. Those that check-in for both segments online will not receive this priority.
