For ZED-LOW fares - gate agents will auto-assign a seat in "Back Seat" class, if you would like a seat closer to the front (even in economy) you will need to pay at the gate to upgrade. You can NOT upgrade from economy to premium economy or business.
Refund will be made within two months after submission of request
