dress code

Azul will not accept standby passengers if wearing:

For Men: Slippers, shorts, ripped jeans, dirty shoes or clothes, swimsuits and any other attire considered indecent that might tarnish the image of the company.

For Women: Slippers, shorts, ripped jeans, dirty shoes or clothes, swimsuits, mini skirt, mini blouse, low neckline, and any other attire considered indecent that might tarnish the image of the company.

listing

Listing is automatically created when purchasing your e-ticket through myIDTravel.com. So, when the payment is validated, you will automatically receive an itinerary receipt by email. Azul is a ticketless airline, so no e-ticket number will be generated only the PNR code.

check-in

Please check-in at voeazul.com.br/en/home within 48hrs of your flight. It is important to remember that the priority at Azul is always defined by booking date and NOT by check-in time.

refunds

Please be aware that Azul is a ticketless company, so you won't have a ticket number in order to ask for the refund. Therefore, all you have to do is retrieve the PNR through myIDTravel and cancel it, the refund will be processed automatically by Azul. The refund process may take until 10 business days.
