Important Etihad Airways staff travel note

Etihad, recently made some changes to their IT systems to overcome performance issues which unfortunately has disabled our access to load details beyond 24 hours. However, they have some other applications that help us extrapolate the number of open seats with a margin of error say plus or minus 10% for flights beyont the 24 hour mark. A listed passenger can see the real-time booking and listing information in the Etihad app starting 24 hours before a flight. This is available for both standby and confirmed listings. Passengers can find this information on the "Manage Flight" page or by clicking the three dots (...) on the flights list page and selecting "Flight Load." Please note that while the booked and checked-in status is always accurate, the capacity might not always be correct due to weight restrictions or deadheads. The employee booking portal may have more accurate capacity information. However, it updates more slowly than the real-time system, sometimes lagging by a few minutes or even hours, which may cause slight discrepancies with the information provided by the app. Additionally, Etihad employees cannot see pending commercial upgrades. These upgrades, although rare, are possible and are not shown in the Etihad app.
